This is part of the “Do Something” phase, where I was determined to do something, anything, each day towards improvement.
Bird dogs and Twists. Done while at a volleyball tournament in Ft. Lauderdale, I was there to watch and support.
What I have been wanting to work on are exercises that will work on building the lower back, without putting the lumbar spine at risk. I found out later that the bird dogs were good, the twists…not so much. Thankfully I got some great advice on this from Andreas Oleson, physical therapist and trainer at FastTwitch. Looking forward to working with him more in the near future.
